(N°·01) Careers A studio worth working in

A place where the
work is good and
so is the job.

We measure the studio by a simple test: do the people here genuinely feel they have a great job? When they do, the work follows. We hire great people, give them real ownership, and stay out of their way.

(N°·02) How the studio runs 03 principles

Output over hours.

Not perk bragging. Just the contours of how a week actually feels here. The full picture lives in the offer document.

01

Judged on the work.

You're measured by the quality of what you ship, not the hours you log or the time you spend at a desk. No micromanaging. We hire well, then trust you to run your work.

02

Salaried, so weeks vary.

Some weeks are intense, some are calm. That's the nature of project work. Weekends are protected. The rare exception is never planned, and it's balanced by the quieter stretches that follow.

03

Schedule on your terms.

Flexible scheduling, in practice. Vary your week, work when you're sharpest, finish efficiently and reclaim the time. We care that the work is excellent and on time, not when it happened.

(N°·03) Where you work Two tracks

Hybrid or remote.

Every role sits on one of two tracks. Which one depends on how client- and collaboration-connected the work is, not on a blanket policy.

N°·01 / Hybrid roles

A minimum of two days in office.

For roles close to clients and live collaboration. Two days a week in the office is the floor; the rest of the week is yours to choose: work from home, or come in every day if that's where you do your best work.

N°·02 / Fully-remote roles

No office requirement.

For roles where the craft depends less on in-person coordination. Work from wherever the work happens. The track is set by the shape of the role, and it's clear before you ever sign.

(N°·04) What you can expect The basics

A few facts.

Compensation that's competitive, comfortable, and true to the market for the position. Nothing exotic, just the things that let good people do good work without worrying about the basics.

N°·01 / Salary

Competitive, market-true pay.

A salary set to the position: competitive, comfortable, and honest to what the market pays for the work. No commission games, no opaque bands.

N°·02 / Time

Paid time off, taken seriously.

Real PTO that the studio expects you to use. Output over hours cuts both ways: rest is part of doing the work well over a long stretch.

N°·03 / Learning

A learning and equipment budget.

An annual budget for the books, courses, conferences, and tools that make you better at the craft, and for the setup you need to work well. Spend it.

N°·04 / Health

Strong healthcare.

Strong healthcare coverage, because the people here should feel genuinely looked after. The full picture lives in the offer document.

(N°·05) Working values 05 traits

The way we work.

The studio hires great people across every level, and every Account Lead is a seasoned marketing expert. None of this is a credential check. It's the shape of the working relationship we keep across the studio.

01

Output over ego.

The work speaks. We don't perform busyness, and we don't keep score on hours. What shipped, and how good it is. That's the conversation.

02

Ownership.

You run your work end to end. No one is waiting to be told what to do next, and nothing is thrown over a wall to someone else.

03

Craft.

Senior-level standards, written briefs, and a high bar for what ships. We're opinionated about the work because the work is the point.

04

Trust and autonomy.

We hire well, then get out of the way. Autonomy is the default, not a reward you have to earn back every quarter.

05

Restraint.

Selective and deliberate. We say no often, on purpose (to projects, to scope creep, to noise), so the work we do say yes to gets our full attention.

(N°·06) Open roles Today
[ Open roles ]

No open roles right now.

We hire when the work calls for it, and we'd rather know good people before we need them than after. If your work would be a fit here, write to us. We keep thoughtful inquiries on file.
